A Day In The Life Of A Who, continued......

As the party rolled into Saturday, more people would show up, from all over, and sometimes there’d even be fireworks on the river! Saturday night, at some point, many Who’s would boat (or float) down to the local Who Bar on the other side to meet and greet other old and new people comin across.  There was one memorable pontoon boat trek to the Who Bar, but we’ll save that story for later!  I remember my first trip (how……I don’t know, but anyway,) I met Dick Who for the first time at the Who Bar and was hell bent on goin over and Dick offered me a little “somethin-somethin” to “encourage” me (obviously!), so I went, and I didn’t make it passed the 3rd hand of “SPOONS” when I just about passed out, but not before I needed a big ole hurl bucket and Needless to say, my first experience in Wholand, was quite memorable!!? (all maybe 2 hours of it)

By Sunday, many of us were hung and hurtin (or “hurlin”) souls, but not willing to end it all yet! (hair of the dog syndrome). The morning was usually dedicated to a memorial service remembering those Who’s that passed into the Wholand in the Sky, people and pets as well. You might find a meal today, if you were lucky………If you could find anyone still coherent today, this was the day to catch a ride back across river at some point.
